BREAK DETAILS
PLEASE NOTE: Since this is not a charity case break, the rules regarding this break will differ slightly from those laid out for Crackin’ Wax Case Breaks (CWCB). The specific rules for this break that differ from CWCB rules are outlined below, however you are still required to read and agree to the CWCB rules.

THE GENERAL GIST
All cards from all boxes contained within 1 case of 2014 Bowman Chrome will be used for this case break. Pay for as many random team slots as you like and I send you your new cards after the break! You WILL receive at least ONE (1) card in this case break or your money back! This case break is not being conducted for charity. No amount of money will be donated.

NO $20 SLOT RESERVATION
Traditionally, I accept $20 slot reservations to enable you to claim your team before I have finalized slot pricing. However, since slots will be assigned randomly, all slots will cost the same amount thus eliminating the need to wait for a full checklist to assign proper team slot pricing.

SLOT RANDOMIZATION
Each random slot will be assigned using random.org with the following method. Firstly, all teams will be entered alphabetically by team name and then randomized (i.e. A’s, Angels, Astros, Blue Jays, etc.). Secondly, each break participants’ names will be entered in the order in which he/she purchased his/her slot(s) and then randomized. The resulting random team order will then be paired with the resulting random participant name order. You may request team slot trades by commenting on this page AFTER the randomization has been determined—not before—and BEFORE the beginning of the case break—not after. All team slot trades must be confirmed and finalized by me so that I am able to send all cards to the correct participants.

SKUNK RULE
Since this is not a charity break, the traditional $5 refund will not be issued to those who do not receive at least 1 advertised hit. However, those that do not receive at least 1 advertised hit will be entered to receive 1 sealed hobby pack of 2014 Bowman Chrome (winners will be chosen using random.org). All undistributed packs will go to the break host. If you do not receive any cards whatsoever from the case break, you’ll get a FULL refund!

LOYALTY PROGRAM
Since this is not for charity, participation in this break will not grant you access to the CWCB loyalty program, nor will it increase the discount for those already enrolled in said program.

ALL OTHER RULES APPLY
