As I’ve come to know many of you over the years, I’ve accumulated my “guys.” See, I’ve got my “Twins guy,” Fixxxer. Doc Holoday is my “Red Sox guy.” Sooz is my “Jeter guy.” So on and so forth. I’ve recently found my new “Brewers guy” and his name is Kent.
He saw me busting open a blaster of Topps ’13 S1 and noticed that I had pulled out a sweet Ryan Braun manupatch. If I am not mistaken, we completed our trade via #TwitterTrade. Knowing that my goal is to one day be knee deep in Twins RC AUs, he was willing to give up his ’11 Bowman Sterling Aaron Hicks AU. It doesn’t quite fit my criteria of Twins RC AU and it wasn’t on my want list, but I didn’t have it yet and Hicks is due to make his MLB debut very soon (likely this season), so I couldn’t pass! Kent was kind enough to send his end of the trade immediately. In fact it got here so fast that I was able to send out his Braun with his ’13 S1 case break package.

Hicks may have to be baptized by fire this season by skipping AAA altogether and jumping right into the big leagues to fill the massive hole in Center Field left by Denard Span and Ben Revere who were both traded away this off-season for pitching. I predict that, should he be called up this year before stepping foot in AAA, it will be too much for him. Coming up to the majors too soon could be a hindrance to his young career.
Trading with Kent was a pleasure and I can personally vouch for his trading prowess. I urge you to seek him out on Twitter (@KentRitchie1) and propagate a fantastic trade with him!
DO YOU HAS?
I am always looking for just about any Twins RC AUs (rookie card autographs). If you have any that you’re willing to give up, PLEASE let me know! Thanks!

Thanks for the trade and the kind words. Always looking to trade for Brewers relics, autos and parallels that I need.
